Membership Conditions:
The membership is non-transferable. Only the person in whoms name the membership card is issued will qualify for the benefits. If the member commits any form of fraud, (allowing a non-member to use the membership card, allowing non-members to use range balls collected by the member or any other act that may be detrimental to Wagner's Golf Academy) the membership agreement will be cancelled without any form of refund with immediate affect. The member is aware that family or friends that visit Wagner's Golf Academy with him/her and wish to use the driving range or golf course will pay normal visitors fees.
The membership agreement with Wagner's Golf Academy will be for a minimum period of 6 months. It is the duty of the member to cancel the membership agreement, giving a minimum notice period of 30 days. If the member chooses to use the monthly payment offer he/she will fill in the debit order form and submit it to Wagner's Golf Academy for activation. If a debit order is refused by your bank due to insufficient funds in your account you will be liable for a payment refusal fee of R50.00. All debit orders will be deducted on the first day of the month.
Wagner's Golf Academy reserve the right to not to renew a membership. Members and friends or family of the member use the facilities at their own risk. Wagner's Golf Academy will not be held responsible for any injury or death to person/s or any damage to or theft/loss of property.
Wagner's Golf Academy reserve the right, if they deem it necessary, to limit the number of range balls after a certain time in the afternoon or during peak times over weekends,public holidays and school holidays. Members must please bear in mind that Wagner's do need sufficient natural daylight to enable staff to collect range balls from the range. Trading hours will also vary due to seasonal changes..
Wagner's Golf Academy reserve the right to limit the number of rounds played per day per member during peak periods like weekends, public holidays and school holidays. It may also be necessary that members will need to book a tee off time during peak periods. Members will be informed of this beforehand. It must also be noted that the course may on occassion be closed for play due to a corporate golf day or a competition.
Applying for membership constitutes acceptance of the above conditions.
